So we select differ code for differ places and we discuss precaution arrangement on Bhutto arrival. Finally decided on Bhutto arrival point to central jail Rawalpindi is the responsibility of SSP Rawalpindi for safe journey, and I was also detailed for more protection, so i issued necessary instruction to my adjutant captain waqar ahmed. On 16May 1978 at 2300 hrs i received telephone call from brigadier Mumtaz Malik next morning at 0500 hrs. to sofa set from south end so I pass on the order to captain Waqar ahmed to act upon.

All the arrangements were completed before arrival of Bhutto in the cell, the persons on duties were not knowing what for these arrangements are except officials. At morning while proceeding dahmyal air base I check the police security arrangements, captain Waqar also alert with his staff early in the morning 0445 hrs., all the wireless and communication arrangements completed, From away i observe director garnal army intelligence was also walking in morning visit dress. After that they did ride on prisoner van so one chair provided from nearly office in the van only seating benches equipped, Bhutto continuously arguing with police is not well behaving with his own leader rather the leader of world. Early in the morning the van entered in the jail and no one was knowing what is happening on the road as the prisoner van entered in the jail, jail door closed and Mr. Bhutto taken in security ward, Superintendent jail Ch. Yar Muhammad was interested to take Mr. Bhutto state in cell but superintendent jail kot lakhpat arrange some chairs and take tea with Mr. Bhutto, and Bhutto observe all the security arrangements. High official conform Bhutto is confined to his special cell, So Mr. Bhutto taken in the cell.
