Mr. Bhutto was having attractive personality that everyone goes to his favorite. I respected Mr. Bhutto as I have narrative, but his last days in the jail some secret open the base was unjustly, on that I get shocked, my conscious get upset that I will narrate on appropriate place. Whenever I visited the cell in the morning I remain limited to wish he also replied traditionally. Except me no one authorize to talk to Mr. Bhutto, the other staff unable to talk due to their less education. So on our meeting he talked openly and happily. Mr. Bhutto discusses on the news of newspaper and the present situation of the country and they pointed out to the policies of the government, my remarks about the discussion yes sir and no sir. During the arrest period of Mr. Bhutto in the Rawalpindi jail he face the trouble of the teeth and gums, sometimes increase the swelling of gums and start bleeding from the teeth , for this he use to gargle the Listerine for some time on daily basis, for this there was a stock of Listerine bottles. On August 1978 on the increase of dental trouble he asked the jail superintendent to call dental surgeon. Jail superintendent approach to me due to trouble in teeth Mr. Bhutto is unable to take diet. I informed the SMLA about the medical situation of Mr. Bhutto. Brigadier Khawja Rahat Latif took over the charge of SMLA from brigadier M Mumtaz Malik on the first week of August 1978,up to last he remains on the designation .Brigadier khawja Rahat latif order to surgeon journal in GHQ to send dental surgeon for the surgery of Mr. Bhutto at the jail of Rawalpindi. So GHQ appointed Major Muhammad Hanif Khattak he was a professional dental surgeon. He arrived at Rawalpindi jail on 26th August, and half an hour spent in the jail for the surgery of Mr. Bhutto , and he got relief. Major Khattak told me that Mr. Bhutto is the victim of acute gingivitis and he needs more surgery

After some days Mr. Bhutto again ask me to call Major Muhammad Hanif Khattak, but official did not permitted to particular doctor, and told me from today onwards no army doctor will come to see for medical check. Mr. Bhutto was asking again and again about major Muhammad Hanif khattak, and I was directed to tell him that dental surgeon has posted from Rawalpindi. Actually major khattak continue perform his duties at Rawalpindi military hospital and promoted to the rank of lieutenant cornel, and the doctor khattak died in England in June 1990 due to bypass process. Trouble of teeth of Mr Bhutto increase, so doctor Tariq Mehmood later on doctor Rashid call from Rawalpindi hospital and they treated him up to September 1978. Later on doctor Zafar Niazi when he released from the jail check the teeth of Mr. Bhutto on 24th and 27th November 1978. Officials dislikes the meeting of doctor Zafar Niazi with Mr. Bhutto , so doctor Muhammad Aslam Cheema who was principal De Montmorency collage of Dentistry Lahore also called for inspection, both the doctors take dental inspections of Mr. Bhutto in his cell, both the doctors dislike each other. So they take dental surgery from 03rd December 1978 to 03rd February 1979 for four times. On 15th January 1979 doctor Zinat mubashir she was also pathologist arrived at central jail Rawalpindi, she takes blood test of Mr. Bhutto. On 03rd February 1979 doctor Niazi and doctor Cheema arrived in the cell for dental surgery of Mr Bhutto. After inspection doctor cheema came to see journal Shah Rafi Alam (DMLA) in his office, I was also their at that time, Mr. Cheema during conversation tell to journal that I am also pathologist as well as dental surgeon I know that doctor Zinat Mubashir is in search of blood disease to avoid technically execution of Mr. Bhutto . Journal Shah Rafi Alam pay thanks to doctor Cheema and assured him they can't do like that. The blood test of Mr Bhutto will be processed in such lab where the Pakistan people’s party will unable to approach.
